Usage Guidelines
You agree to use Kling Motion only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Use the service to distribute malware or interfere with its operation
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software or technology used in our service
Credits and Billing
Our credit system operates as follows:
- Subscription credits are prioritized and expire monthly
- Credit packs are permanent and never expire
- All sales are final except as specified in our refund policy
Intellectual Property
You Own Your Content
You retain full ownership of all images and content you generate using Kling Motion. We do not claim any rights to your creations.
Limitation of Liability
Kling Motion is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
