Subscription credits are consumed first each month. Credit packs are only used when subscription credits run out. Credit packs never expire.
Do subscription credits expire?
Yes, subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Unused credits do not roll over.
Do credit packs expire?
No, credit packs are permanent and never expire. They are only used after your monthly subscription credits are depleted.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier plan at any time. The difference will be prorated and charged immediately.
Can I downgrade my plan?
To prevent abuse, plan downgrades are not allowed. You can cancel your subscription and resubscribe at a lower tier if needed.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date.
What is your refund policy?
